2 - 13 - 21 A very cold, gray, windy day in Sandy Hook. Strong winds blowing off the ocean, with lots of snow on the grounds and walking trails. Not many cars in the area, but did see some people taking a walk on the other side of the ocean. People are bundled up against the cold.
